Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will chair a meeting of the National Economic Council (NEC) today. This meeting, scheduled for Monday, June 10, was convened by the Prime Minister last week following the formation of the NEC.
The council is set to review several significant agendas, including the annual plan for the financial year 2024-25 and the 13th Five-Year Plan for 2024-29. Additionally, the NEC will assess the proposed public investment for the upcoming financial year, the federal development program, and the provincial annual development plan.
The meeting will be attended by provincial chief ministers, federal and provincial ministers, along with other key officials.
